FWIW
I installed M/S Streets and Trips 2004 into Vista and it works. However, after installing the SETUP disk and inserting the RUN disk, I got a message that Streets and Trips wasn't installed on the machine and to run the setup disk. I closed the message window and the RUN disk installed OK.
